In my town, June 7th is annual Youth Day, it's a really kick-ass day completely dedicated to us, the youth. (Okay technically it's only 12 hours) Anyway, we met at the old high school, and parade down to the waterfront where we hang out all day and listen to bands and such. Then we close off 3rd street and hold a street dance and more bands play until midnight, when we get kicked off the street. :(
Anyway, here are some pictures of the wonderful day that's dedicated to ME for the next 100 years. (Alright, I don't have many more years of making it to this event...but maybe I'll become part of BYAC and do it forever!! Muahaha.
The march begins!
More of the parade, including the marching band (ha)
First band. Not so great, needed more practice, but definitely has potential.
This is Ana, she's beautiful, with a voice to match.
These guys are Delores, this was their first gig, and they did awesome for how young they are, I'm really proud of them.

So there's this really huge Indian statue in my town, and our shoe size difference is like woah.

Here's some serious dedication, this kid Ray got in a car accident about a week ago, broke one leg, broke his ankle on the other, and broke his nose, amongst other things, and still came to play with his band, wheelchair and all.
And finally, a random picture in Subway.
