Happy Holidays to everyone!
Hello everyone! I'm Bryce, I'm 22 years old and I live in Los Angeles. Right now I go to school and do volunteer work at my church (I work with 6th grade through 12th, I am a Deacon and I am head usher), so I have no real job right now. :) I just found this community and have already responded to a few peoples wishes. I'm sure I will be getting to more in the next few weeks. Well, here's my wish list if you're interested!
1. Cleaning supplies/suggestions! Something to clean my glasses (eye, not sun) with. If you have one of the clothes that come with eyeglasses lying around, or even just suggestions on how to get them clean. I've only been wearing glasses for the past 6 months, so I'm a newbie. :)
2. Foreign TV! If you are from a country other than the US and have a DVD recorder, I would love if you could record one of your favorite shows (even if its an American show) and send it to me. I'm most curious about the commercials, but if I could get a TV show out of it that would be awesome!
3. Cards of course! I'm going with the majority and asking for holiday cards. I would love to get cards with content (a story, an article, a picture, a drawing, etc.). I will send you a card back if you send me your address either by email now or just when you send me a card.
4. Addresses! I would love to receive the addresses of a few soldiers. If you have any friends or family fighting in this war, I would love to send them cards this holiday season.
5. Mugs! I love mugs from anywhere. The bigger the better! :)
6. Recipes! I would love to make something for my dad for the holidays. My dad loves pineapple upside-down cake. But he will eat anything, so whatever you've got I'll take.
7. A job! Hehe, well, I can wish right? If anybody knows of a jobs in the Los Angeles area, I would be grateful.
8. A boyfriend! Hehe, again, I'm just wishing! Any available men in the LA area. ;)
9. Prayers! If praying is your thing, I would love it if you could pray. Everybody needs prayers. If you read a story on here about a single mother, take a second and just pray for her. If somebody is asking for donations to a charity, if you can't give money, just pray for that charity (or give money and pray!). It only takes a second!
10. Charity! I don't have any particular charities that I can list here, so I just ask that you give to any charity you want to support. Or, go to the holiday_wishes user info page and click on those charity buttons near the bottom of the page.
