Dude, you write fic? And then you wade in with a Panda pov fic? Balls-of-steel, my friend. Hats off.

I really enjoyed this. Panda's voice in particular is awesome. I can't even go close to writing anything about Panda just because her vocab and turn of phrase is ridiculous. But 'what the bog?', and 'just fuck the flipping off' were perfect. Just perfect.

Panda's a little darling, and it was nice to have her story explored, and to have some insight into her, rather than just the usual punch-line role the show slots her into. Thomas vs Cook seems like such an obvious choice to make, and her dismay at wanting the wrong one is palpable.

The Panda/Effy dynamic confuses me, and this went some way to explaining it, so thanks. Great job!

Yes, I write fic! Prior to this, I had written one Buffy story (about Giles, I think) when I was sixteen, and then a fic for the Once and Again fandom when I was eighteen (although, no one even watched that show, so there wasn't much of a fandom to begin with). Really like the fic. Love that it gave insight behind Pandora's actions that the show didn't. I personally love the her friendship with Effy and I really think you captured its essence.

I've never seen a fic from Panda's point of view either! That inspired me to write something about her, actually.

I worked hard at trying to make Panda's decisions a lot more comprehensible than they were on the show. So I'm thrilled that it works, because everybody was like- why fuck Cook when you could have hot and sweet Thomas? Self loathing, loneliness, and getting off on how WRONG the whole thing is goes a long way to explaining it in my mind (also having a mother who constantly puts you down and fills your head with non sense about sex doesn't help, either).

Aaamazing! I really, really enjoyed how you captured everyone. This is my first skins fic since I'm rather wary/picky about them and I was pleasantly surprised. Great job =)

There are many awesome skins fic, you just need to know where to look. I got many, many awesome recommendations from youreyesaregems skins rec page-http://youreyesaregems.livejournal.com/12119.html. You should check it out, because there's a glut of good stories out there, you can waste days away reading them (and I have, trust me). I'm really glad you liked it!

I'm not aware of any other Panda pov stories- if you know one, shoot it my way, I'd love to read it. Effy's head was the hardest to get into- Panda came to me surprisingly easily, but I had to work with blurubberband55 quite hard to get Effy in any way to resemble canon. So, I'm beyond happy their friendship worked, otherwise Panda would look like even a bigger twit than she already does in this story if it didn't.

PS- i'm friending you, since we swim in the same waters. So to speak
