Growing Pangs

I told Liberty what my mother said. She reacted coolly, rationally, Liberty. I really admire her wisdom, maturity. She seems like she knows who she is, like, she doesn't have to pretend to be anyone. Wow JT, this was a very intellectual post. I agree though. I think as we get older we start to worry about things that aren't really that important and we start worrying about the way people view us and keeping that status. It's kind of crappy how the world works like that, but you didn't hear that from me.

We forget who we are because our surroundings help us forget. Media brainwashes us to making us think that ditzy waifs and macho hunks are what we should all be.
