NEW YORK CITY
Sat morning my family and Rob (michelle's boyfriend) went off to NYC. We got there around lunch time and went to this resturant called JEKLE AND HYDE (SP?) anyways it was like the famous doctor person that was 1/2 evil and 1/2 good. It is supposed to be like a spooky restuant but I have been there before so I knew all the tricks. Then we went to the Trump Towers because Kelly wanted to see them...omg everything in there is gold gold gold...it is crazy....then we went on a horse and carriage ride through central park....then we went to ground 0, I havent been there since spring '01 when I went with my high school. So much has changed...when I went there in '01 we wern't even allowed to go near it because it was still bad but when I went on Sat we got to go on this walkway and look directly at it....it was an eye opener...then we went to Canal St where they sell bags and glasses and other stuff at a cheap price....it is scary though because it is kind of illegal so people will come up to you on the street and ask you if you want one and if you say yes then you follow them someplace, a couple of the places that we went were like in this hidden door then up some stairs and into like a small room. CREEPYNESS then we went back to the hotel and I talked to Simon :) for a while
Sun: woke up and had breakfast with rob then we went on a tour of NBC studios oh and before that we went and watched this fashion show thing and this live band and they were both on the today show so if any of you were watching the today show or whatever it was on sunday morning you could have seen me :) rob's parents were watching it and they said that they saw us. So on the tour we got to go and see a lot of the famous sets like SNL and all the talk shows on NBC it was soo cool. My mom know the lady that does the hair for SNL but she wasnt working there that day so we didnt get the chance to go in. Then we went to the Yankee game and they won :( I was cheering for the Cubs but the Sox WON that day so it's all good and we are ahead of the yankee's so thats all that matters right now. Then we went to dinner then on a 2 hour harbor cruise...it was so cool we got to see all of manhattan and jersey well on the hudson....so we got to see all the sights all lit up it was soo cool.
Mon: woke up...had breakfast then went to the MADEME TRUSO ( I know that I totally killed that spelling) but it was soo cool the wax people looked so real...I will be putting pictures up soon of them and of course I got one with justin timberlake and many other people :) Then we went out to lunch at this place called "Bubba Gump Shrimp Co" and we over to times square where MTV was going on but we really didn't feel like waiting around forever and we had to get home and Rob had to get back here to that he could get home to Maine
well I am beat as you can see I had a very busy weekend....I did so much and I will write more if I can think of anything else
