i was pretty proud of myself keeping to course and not allowing the unit cap prompt to take me down the path before Smut Sunday... needed a reminder of mortality.

it required an iron will, especially after serious provocation; but i needed this scene to play out; so in my typical contrary way, the most obvious smut prompt because action and drama.
