Somewhat broadly all of my offers/upcoming interview can be fit into the I.R/A.I and systems programming level work.
I'm not really sure which one is most appealing to me. The I.R/A.I stuff is cool, and I enjoyed doing it at A, but I really enjoyed RT and the work I did at X. W & F would probably be IR/AI stuff as well for interesting times.
I'm still not sure how much X would pay, they want me to see if I can get a bit more time from A (which I doubt will be successful) and talk with them in person (although they said if I can't get more time they will make an offer without having to see me in person). The guy at X I was talking with placed a lot of emphasis on a year being far away, and not knowing what I want to do after graduation, and suggested playing deadline chicken with A... Which runs totally counter to what I heard of the person I was talking to at X. confused.
S is on friday for interesting times. I'm not really sure what sort of questions they will have, so meeps :P
tangentish: What is with all these technology companies and the desire for face-time?
right now it looks like I'll probably go out west in some form or another, (oddly enough all IR/AI jobs are west and kernel jobs are east for me :P). meh
