Serves me right for trusting people again, but the people at Amazon (despite there assurances) didn't actually properly update the instance limit so my new fangled distributed happyness is still just running on 20 computers :( I have a cell # I can call, but I think I will wait until a reasonable hour tomorrow (or even Monday) as waking someone up in the middle of the night seems poor [and it gives me an excuse to go home, get some sleep and poke a little more at compilers tomorrow].
