Oh I love it.

I love deadpan!T-Bag. Especially

“It wouldn’t have worked out between us anyway, Pretty.”

and

“Well, I guess it’s just down to two now.”

And I don't think that lack of slash is a problem at all. The Maytag/T-Bag scene is so nice and intimate (Sweet for T-Bag to get some storytime from one of his boys, instead of him always telling the stories). And of course T-Bag pinging for Michael is always fun.

I love the list structure. Especially poor crossed out James. (notice how Michael comes first of all though?)

- find Abruzzi

And my slash filled mind immediately concocts a scheme where T-Bag sneaks into the hospital, abducts Abruzzi (like pumps him full of drugs, puts him in a wheelchair), sneaks him off to a remote location and taunts him relentlessly for weeks. After all, it was T-Bag who almost killed Abruzzi the last time around, so what reason would he have to kill him again?

I love little throwaway details like the knife having 3 types of blood (all from the same family!) on it or Maytag telling T-Bag where to find the gun.

Though after the bloodbath I sure hope that T-Bag got himself a nice change of clothing.

I think the scariest moment is the killing of the little girl because it's so quick and unexpected. Like one almost expects T-Bag to take some more time with her and swift kill comes like a double shock.

Thank you!

After all, it was T-Bag who almost killed Abruzzi the last time around, so what reason would he have to kill him again?

But this is my AU escape, where T-bag never slit his throat so he's going after Abruzzi's family to avenge the deaths of James and James Jr., thus setting it up for Payback's A Bitch.

I realized after that I had written the beginning with C-Note, so I changed it to fit the little AU escape plan of Payback.

Though after the bloodbath I sure hope that T-Bag got himself a nice change of clothing.

Never thought of that. It would be funny if they still had some of Maytag's clothes there, like in his old room or something and he wore those.

See, to me he kills very differently when it's not for his own sexual pleasure. Even though she was his type, T-bag was strictly there for revenge, which is why he used a knife and didn't strangle her or grope her like he did to Alex. (Also, he was following exactly the plan that Maytag had and Maytag was a little bit more bloody than he usually is)

I think of T-bag as using strangulation on the victims he's attracted to and then just using any other killing method on people he kills just for the hell of it.

Makes sense (about T-Bag's motivation).

But darn, I had this whole beautiful T-Bag/Abruzzi setup all rolled out in my head. Sniff. I want my T&A!

It would be funny if they still had some of Maytag's clothes there, like in his old room or something and he wore those.

Why do I expect Maytag to have a seriously funky taste in clothing? Though, with Maytag in jail would they really keep his clothing? Especially if they weren't really fond of him? Maybe in the basement. Or he maybe there is a change of clothing for Patrick lying around somewhere.

*pictures T-Bag loft, cooing over old baby pictures of Jason*
*desperately tries to wipe image out of her mind*

You are like RK. Like he said in the InFanity interview, he just keeps throwing adding creepy and disturbing little touches and we lap it up when he expects us to be creeped out. It's the same for your stories ;D

I swear, I will write it! Eventually.

T-bag: Ooh, a shiny shirt and leather pants! (snatches)

Or he maybe there is a change of clothing for Patrick lying around somewhere.

This is my own fault, but every time I see his name it's funny. Jason and Patrick. Jason Patric. (snicker) Yes, I'm lame.

(is very flattered to be compared to the man himself) Thank you! Yeah, I'm always a little scared each time I post a story, but everyone just Grissoms it and that is very cool.

Grin, it's ok. I don't think that they are a pairing where it would be very easy to find a good setup.

T-bag: Ooh, a shiny shirt and leather pants! (snatches)

LOL :D

Though I think that T-Bag is the one who work the prison garments the most. It just looks so natural on him.

Double LOL :D

Yeah. We are crazy.

But seriously, I think a big part of it is that your prose is very clear... for lack of a better word. So even if you write about dark materials it doesn't feel exploitative/gratuitous. (well except some sex parts maybe. But there it's a good thing ;D)

So basically I am not Quentin Tarantino?

Good ol' PWP...

I will definitely make up for the lack of it in this story next time.

Hmm, since T-Bag knows that they are going to Panama, he could always show up there. And run into a depressed LJ :D

But T-Bag/Abruzzi porn is fine as well ;D

Ah, scratch that everything is fine :)

So basically I am not Quentin Tarantino?

I'm not sure if I consider QT exploitative. More like stylish. Though he definitively is gratuitious. I think CSI (original one) is sometimes exploitative in the way they portray their violence and focus on the sleazy sex parts (oh great, another underage teenage daughter in incest love with her clueless daddy trying to kill daddy's new wife; or long sleazy confessions from a killer or victim very obviously intended to titillate).

Randomly halfshellvenus is kinda mulling about setting up a prisonbreak100 (since most interesting Prison Break positions on fanfic100 are already filled.

Any chance you'd be tempted to tackle T-Bag for something like that? Or just not your kind of thing at all?

Hmmm...

Con: I might feel pressured to write stories just because I've picked it and they might turn out crappy.

Pro: It might motivate me to write stories I'd never thought of writing and explore different avenues.

I shall sleep on it and decide.

I actually thought that your big advantage is that you already have a truckload of stories. And you can just reuse them. ;) So you would have like half the assignment from the get go already ;D

(though it's not like we really know whether it will get off the ground; It's just in the mulling over stage so far)

Okay I have slept on it (literally) and I say "Yeah! Bring it on!"

I am ready to write 100 T-bag fics. I already have about 15 maybe?
