Cami left a comment on the last post about whether or not I miss my high school years...if I feel like I wished them away or anything...let me honestly tell you that no I do not miss high school. If anything I am glad I never have to go there again. I have fond memories of certain people and things...but I don't envy anyone who is in high school..especially if it were anything like Potts Camp from '98-'01. The nicest way to describe my high school experience is to say that I simply did not fit in.
I don't think I knew who I was truly until my second year of college. Then, last summer, I truly became the Adam that many of you know. I have no regrets but there were certain parts of my life that I had to change and certain things I had to rid myself of.
I am thankful for the friends I have now and consider many of them TRUE friends. Casual friends fall away very easily. Keep that in mind ladies and gentlemen.
My 20th year has been very interesting and very nice. Thanks God.
