Disgaea... yeah. The lack of strategy didn't do it for me, and neither did the mindless levelling. GAH! But the story is very cute. I might pull it out and just powerlevel ten characters this time. I didn't make it very far last time. Got any easy ways to breeze through the game? I'd really rather not just level Laharl to obscene power levels, but if I have to...

FFX-2... great game. Far better than Disgaea imo. The battle system is great - it's truly the best use of ATB ever. I've only beaten it once, and I have yet to see the 100% completion ending (I sided with New Yevon, and I didn't powergame the first time through). I'm going to play it with my kid sister and a players' guide this time. Still, 70% completion without any guides or anything isn't too bad - and I got most of the dresspheres, minus Mascot and Alchemist - I did miss the one grid at the end of the game where you have to go in through all the different entries to the final area, and I'm really not sure why. If anyone reads this who has acquired that GG, post here because I'm totally clueless as to how to get it.
