Today is the start of my healthy living.

For breakfast, I had a small bowl of cereal and a cup of Orange Juice.
For Lunch I had a chicken sandwich with lettuce and pickles, no mayo of course. I had a small salad to accomidate the sandwich.

I'm starting to eat healthy, but I need some help on what's good and what's bad besides the obvious fried foods and meat. Someone help me out?

Also I'd like to start losing weight. I've finally begun to not like the way my body is. I was comfortable at first with being fa for reasons I don't know. Now it just bothers me whenever I do stuff. Plus, I need some motivation. I need someone who's also fat and wants to lose weight to work with me because It's said that if a fat person works with a skinny, or toned person, it just won't work. I need to have someone on my level who can match with me.

Well, i'm open for some tips and info, so comment away.
