just came back from a super formal dance and i was suprised to hear really good music including postal service, rilo kiley, the strokes and the mars volta just to name a few. i fit right in with the pasadena private school kids although i am not filthy rich nor live in a giant house. it was pretty fun even though i wasnt able to "get down" (as kenya puts it) or really dance too much at all for that matter. slow dancing was a bit difficult considering the height difference, but i had a good time though. i belive the nickname taco came about because his real name is takeru which means horse running through grass in japanese. i wish my name meant something.
