I GOT A JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yep, that is right, I got a job, and as you can see I am very excited about it!!! It is at this place called Photogenic. They do photos at the John Hancock Observatory, The Navy Pier, The Museum of Science and Industry, big major city events, and CELEBRATY PARTYS!! Isn't that cool, I could be photographing the next big celeb party!!! Woohooo is all I have to say about that. I had orientation today and I start soon!!!
School is going better than ever. I really know that I made the right decision in comming to Columbia. I love it here and this is where I am meant to be. I love the people, I love my classes (most of the time), oh its just so much fun. I am glad I am getting into the swing of things here.
President Bush was here yesterday (Thursday) to do some speech at the Hilton Hotel on Michigan Ave. I protested accross the street. It was so so much fun. It was really cold outside and I was out there for like an hour or so but wow was it fun. When his car was leaving the hotel we got as close as the police would let us and yelled at it. Oh how much fun, I can't wait untill the next time!!!
Our apartment is soooo cold right now. Ryan and I struggled last night to get the heat on but it would not come on. The maitenance guy is suppost to be on his way so hopefully tonight we have heat. All I have to say is thank goodness for many blankets, quilts, comforters, and a small space heater!!!
Well, I am off to the vet to check out the pounds in Chicago cause we are thinking of getting a dog!!!
