(no subject)
Whoops, accidentally forgot to post for ages - okay, not so much "forgot" as "busied myself with many other things," mostly work and being incredibly lazy.
THINGS THAT HAVE HAPPENED THAT WERE NOT LAZY:
- Ran errands on Saturday and finally found fairy wings for Liet's Halloween costume, SHE LOOKS SUPER CUTE IT IS AMAZING. Also checked out books from the library, which is temporarily located in a mall - kind of weird, but also convenient, especially since there isn't a bookstore in that mall anymore. I checked out Huntress by Malinda Lo, because I quite liked Ash, and Beauty Queens by Libba Bray, because iraenicole read it a while ago and told me about it and it sounded great, and behold, so far it has been great!
... then I bought myself a way-too-expensive hoodie BUT IT'S RAINBOWY AND UGLY IN A REALLY CHARMING WAY and I love it so much. ;o; Plus I got a really cute tank top on the cheap at the same store, so it was almost like being thrifty! Except not because money was spent.
- Played Pokemon Black a bit more because I felt like it and caught a Yamask and omg what a sad little creature it is. ;o; SO SAD. ... named it Izuna SHUT UP DON'T JUDGE ME. Also I got to the next city and the plot part and N is really cute, what do I do. D: HE WENT UP IN A FERRIS WHEEL WITH MY CHARACTER IT WAS KIND OF ROMANTIC except not BUT STILL! (Am playing as the boy version because the girl version's hair bugs me and the boy version is just really cute.)
- GOT A DOUJINSHI BY RANKAI omfg it's so beautiful and so full of stupid Uchiha feelings I HAVE EVERY FEELING ABOUT UCHIHAS WHYYYYYYYY WHY IS MY LIFE ;o;
- And last but best, I got to hang out with my BFF kisekinotenshi on Sunday! Last time we got to hang out in person was before I left for England, since we do not share a state at present, so getting to see her again was fantastic. \o/ We went to a food cart festival sort of thing and ate delicious things and just chilled, and I got to play on her new iPad a bit, and she brought her dolls O-Kishi and Lae down so I could play with them, and I brought over Kimimaro and Fray so she could see Fray with his new eyes and meet Kimimaro.
The second best part? I GET TO BABYSIT O-KISHI TILL CHRISTMAS \o/ I did his face-ups for her (he has two heads, a youkai head and a human head) and I'm really fond of him, so she asked if I would like to have him around till she comes back for Christmas and HELL YES I WOULD. Of course work keeps me busy, but I'm looking forward to getting a nice photoshoot or two with him, and he's totally going to the post-Halloween meet-up with me this Saturday. >:D
- Oh yeah Halloween happened! But I didn't do anything exciting besides hand out some candy, try to keep the dog from jumping out and saying hi to the trick-or-treaters, and watch Nosferatu with my mom. ... and do Halloween events on pixel creature sites shut up.
Now this entry is long enough to sort of make up for lack of posting, and I shall end it.
