(no subject)
Well, today has been very nice! I walked into town with bluestalking and tried a new place with delicious food, and then we gloriously indulged in anime. After catching up on No. 6, we, uh - kind of ended up watching Weiss Kreuz, and because I am an old fart I started rhapsodizing the one time we watched the opening sequence. Oh, that opening! I used to have a tiny .avi copy that I watched over and over again because this was high school and the internet did not have streaming sites and torrents had not yet become a thing, so all file-sharing was pretty awkward and difficult and risky, and you got fansubs on sites where you paid for the VHS tapes, and AH THOSE WERE THE DAYS. So I said, "And now there are so many more choices and ways to watch things! A near-infinite variety of things I could watch!
"... and yet I'm still watching Weiss Kreuz."
Oh, life. It's a funny thing.
Anyway, we had a lot of fun mocking the shit out of Weiss Kreuz and then enjoying the first three episodes of Tiger & Bunny AND NOW I AM HOME and I should go make some ramen.
ETA: OH ALSO chapter 13 of the AU is up on the AO3, brief_transit, and ff.net! ... wow I feel like a spammer. D:
