(no subject)
Hwuf, sorry for the sudden cessation of posting! The last couple of days I have most spent either finishing up a foray into self-indulgent angst or trying to get back on track with thesis work/the main AU. ... let's just say that the thesis work could be making a better showing. BUT IT WILL PERSEVERE. I am going to finish this shit if it kills me.
I had many dreams this morning, most of which are not especially worth remembering, but at least one of them somehow reminded me of this Naruto filler arc from the original anime that might or might not have been real. I honestly can't remember if this is something I watched or something I dreamed up at some point, so - I know it's a long shot, but do any of you remember a short filler arc where all the genin teams/academy students (it might have been pre-graduation, it was definitely pre-Sasuke leaving) go on some kind of field trip in a forest and there's a weird chakra beast attacking them randomly? ... yeah, the more I think about it the more I'm pretty sure I dreamed that one up, but it's weirdly vivid; I can practically see the bad animation in my head, hah. Maybe I should go back through my dream tag and see if I can find it.
