it's been too long....
wow...it's been quite some time since I last updated LJ.
so it's a Thursday night (well, Friday morning now)....and once again, I went to the Keg and got buzzed. It's really really weird to be back at school not knowing that many people. I used to be able to go to the bars, or even to the library and see a bunch of people that I know, but now, I hardly know anyone. I also feel old around the other people at University. I believe this is my 4th time going out this year. That's pretty good considering I used to go out almost every Thursday last year. Maybe it's because I want to concentrate more on school?? or maybe it was because I didn't have the internet for a good month and a bit that none of my friends @ Guelph would call to ask me to go out?? no...it can't be that. or could it?!?! ugh. stop thinking like that Lorraine.
anyhoo....I had a job interview today with Chrysler Financial Services in Mississauga....it's an entry level position which means I'm working in a call-centre type of office in either customer service or in collections. So basically I'm taking phone calls to answer questions, or I'm going to be calling customers hassling them for money. Not really what I expected but we'll see what happens. The HR lady is supposed to call me in the next couple weeks. Should I take this position?? It'll be a contract for 3-6 months, and depending on how well I do, and what my needs/their needs are, I can be hired full-time or moved to a different dept (i think that's what happens). I really don't know what to do. Any suggestions?!?!
well....I should get to bed. I have a 8:30 tomorrow which I have to go to. I've only skipped 3 classes!!! Aren't you proud me?!?! huh?? =)
