UV report says "moderate", does that mean I have sunscreen up or not?

Also, carbon fibre leg: 1, terrorists: 0, they got his leg but we still got our guy back and those bastards are losing which is why they are desperate in the first place. Argh, let's just look at this picture:

Soldier completes 5K run on fibre carbon leg

TORONTO - Jamie MacIntyre has run five-kilometre races in the past -- but Sunday marked the first time he did it using a carbon fibre leg.

The sergeant with the First Royal Canadian Regiment Battle Group lost his left leg in Afghanistan in June when an improvised explosive device went off.

He went for treatment at St. John's Rehab in Toronto, where he learned to walk using a prosthetic leg.

Joined by his friend, Master Cpl. Jody Mitic -- who also ran on carbon fibre legs -- the pair finished the 12th annual Achilles St. Patrick's Day 5K Run/Walk.

"It was a lot of fun. A little bit chilly at the beginning, but we got into a good stride," said MacIntyre, 34, of Collingwood.

ETA: I wonder though, why aren't we getting stronger tanks / vans? Or stronger AND lighter tanks, something that, rather being very weighted to the ground and getting the full explosion, would lift off and barrel roll to safety or WHATEVER, just better tanks! It's 2011, we should be prepared to deal with the fact that most of the attacks would come from below, from the planted explosives.

I also wonder why they can't remote control unmanned vans to lead the road first, unmanned vans with supplies but no soldiers in it. Some terrorists are using cellphone to detonate...but if they don't know which ones are unmanned...or at least we could save some. Or heck, someway to detect and jam those cellphone signals when convoys are passing through?
