Oh, so much excellence in such a short tale! I love this, and I'd quote all of it back to you, but what would be the sense in that? You drop revelations like bombshells here, and instead of destroying my sense of Hogwarts' history, they enhance it. Brava!

This is simply gorgeous, every sentence and line. The way you develop and show Helena, and in fact all of the characters. It is beautiful, and the way the ghosts interact and connect with Hogwarts here... I am mentally integrating that to my personal HP canon as I type this.

It is the dark of the moon before Samhain, and the perfect time to discover the stories that the stars are considering for the coming year.

I don't know, there is something about this line. It's ephemeral and eternal in the same breath. Favorite line, just because it catches me up. But honestly, every part of this fic? So beautiful.

This is truly beautiful. I love how... detached from it all Helena is in the beginning, only to become totally focused on what's best for Ravenclaw and Hogwarts. She completely fits the character we know of her from canon. The scenes with Bellatrix were wonderfully chilling, only to have you warm us to the core with Luna. :D Excellent fic.
