After being told by JD he wouldn't throw their clothes into the lake Jack did which left both himself and JD naked, well except for they were both wearing bowties still, since they had been dressed up for their six month anniversary. So anyway he'd run off and JD giving chase. Jack headed towards the Great Hall. Sure it may have been getting late.

Mel spends an awful lot of time hanging out in the Great Hall. Normally she's found someone to talk to, but on this occasion she's alone.

But wait. Is that the sound of running feet?

"Come on, catch me." Jack laughed as he crashed through the doors to the great hall. He was having fun. And could afford a moment while JD tried to catch up.

'You're very, um, naked,' says Mel, blinking. And determinedly not staring crotchwards.

"Jack!" JD yelled, running through the doors and sped into the great hall. "Jack, I need that!"

"Well you know... you're right I am." Jack grinned. "So's he." Jack laughed and pointed to JD. "Well you have to come get it from me."

'Can...I ask why you're naked?'

Mel blinks, and blinks again, reminding herself that angels are not meant to ogle naked fit guys on a regular basis.

"Jack!" JD called, blushing furiously. JD quickly sidled behind his boyfriend, his unutterables well out of Mel's line of sight. "Jack, turn around for a second." he said. People seeing his ass is better than a full-frontal flash, right?

"Slight accident during our meal." Jack laughed looking over his shoulder to JD making no effort to turn round at that point. "Clothes ended up the lake..." As if it was a normal occurance.

'Oh,' Mel squeaks, her skin finally catching up with her brain and turning a sweet shade of red.

'I, um--was it magic that did it?'

OH MY GOD GIRL LEAVE THE BLOODY ROOM, her inner angel is howling.

"Jack happened." JD said, grabbing a large dinner plate and tring to cover Jack's areas, still using him as a shield.

Jack folded his arms. "I happened. Well, I...yeah that is right. Then there was the champagne..." Jack glanced back to JD again. "What exactly are you doing? As that plate is kinda cold."

Oh, drunkenness. Mel winces. The things booze can do.

'Hope you have a nice night,' Helix says from Mel's mouth with as much dignity as she can muster. Mel simply waves and heads out, running for the common room and resolving never, ever to tell anyone about this.

"Phew, she's gone at least." he said, trying to reach over for a warmer plate without dropping the one he had.

Jack took a deliberate step back just far enough. "I bet everyone knows soon." Jack smirked. "Yeah this doesn't mean you've caught me."

"Jack, you're still completely naked!" he whispered, trying not to draw the attention to any of the people who hadn't spotted them yet.

"Please not completetly naked!" Jack finally turned round and pulled at JD's bowtie. "See." Then he kissed him and then he ran away again.
