Birthday Owling
A school owl arrives at Percy Weasley's room, bearing a box containing a cake, a neatly wrapped package from Flourish & Blotts containing a used copy of Maximized Mages, A History of the Most Prominent Ministers of Magic (all she could afford on her small allowance), and a card with Wizards and Witches tossing confetti and blowing noisemakers on the cover.
Inside the card she's written:

Happy Birthday, big brother! It's great to have you around again. I hope the coming year brings you everything you wish for.
