There's a hut, just off school grounds - and just off the charms that make it impossible to kill or die here. When someone isn't accepted by the hat, they're taken to the hut by Nny-chii and Teatime-san. I don't think that it happens as often as they'd like - but the last time a human got Squibbed I was invited along.
I have swords, knives, a few axes, some kobodu weapons (nunchuku, rokushakubo, kama) that I'm willing to part with. Yuki-chan has some guns, I think. Maybe some grenades.
