((Hi guys, new (hopeful) player here, be gentle! ...well, not with Dr. Cox, he probably deserves your ire. But with me! I'm fragile. And I'm sorry this got long, he's kind of... wordy. XD;))

::whistles sharply:: Well now, look at what we have here. It's a whole school full of miscreants, what fun!

Okay, The truth is, I have absolutely no idea ( Read more... )

I am so tempted to sort you into Gryffindor just to see the hilarity that would ensue. So, what are your thoughts on spandex?

I think "never ever" sums it up pretty well?

Question -- I so-called "can't" threaten you up there, but can I do it down here?

Uhh, I wouldn't suggest it. People can change their votes.

And yeah, don't threaten Nny. Trust me on this.

Well, that is just a damn shame.

Guess I'll have to settle for "Oh my God, I am so tempted to do something terrible and humiliating to you if you try and exploit me for your own amusement!!!"

See, 'cause that's not actually a threat.

Normally, I'd squib you out of hand for being a fucking drunk. We have more than enough of those and they're all really annoying. But I genuinely like your Slytherin answer.

Ravenclaw, because with the goddamn bar in the common room, it doesn't matter if there's another drunk or not.

Eh, I can't fault you for that one, it's valid.

But bar, common room, hell, add a bucket of hot wings and a plasma TV with the Steelers on and it already sounds pretty much like home to me.

You really don't want to taste the house elves' idea of hot wings. Or pizza. Passable ribs, though.

Eehh... and why am I here, again? Will someone please answer that question for me?

*grins* Welcome to the madhouse. We have rather a lot of good scotch in Ravenclaw.

Sounds like there might be one or two sane, not-absolutely-the-most-terrible-people-in-the-whole-world people here. Maybe at least in Ravenbeak.

I commend your use of the subjunctive, there. Rest assured there will be more than sufficient miscreants to justify any drinking habit one cares to maintain.

Aaaand... you're the other doctor, aren't you.

It's like a sixth sense, I swear!

JD enters, his eyes glazing over with oh-so-happy-to-see-you tears. "Doctor Cox?" he asks breathlessly.

Dr. Cox's head whips around, his eyes going wide. "Oh God no. Newbie!?" he exclaims, flabbergasted. "Oh my God, can I really not escape you anywhere?? Did you-- did you follow me here?" He recovers a little, folding his arms. "Now look, I know you have a crush on me, but..."

JD's eyes light up. "No, you followed me here! Doctor Cox? Were you worried about me?" he says grinning.

Dr. Cox stares at him, then looks around for something, anything, he can bang his head against. That wall will do nicely. Bang, bang, bang, and then he leans his forehead against it and closes his eyes tight. "It's just a dream, Perry. There's no place like home. There's no place like home."

*Cox's app has done something that very, very few people at Hogwarts can claim to have done: it has made Susan Sto Helit laugh. Especially the Slytherin response. She went to school with girls like that*

I must concur with my friend Dr Maturin. Ravenclaw.

((I have to add: I have never seen Scrubs, but even not having seen it, I loved this app. Even more: it makes me want to watch the show.))

[[Oh, you really need to sometime! It's easily the funniest show I've seen...ever. It's the only reason I still have a TV. [/random show pimping]]]
