Owl to Minerva

Minerva dearest,

I happened to be browsing through some music and came across several songs which made me think of you. These poets tell tales of love, but nothing could compare to my love for you. They talk of being taken away, being breathless, feeling as though their life was complete. You make my world complete, Minerva and I couldn't be any happier if I casted a thousand cheering charms on myself.

Every second that I'm away from you is like tortured agony. I long for the time in which we can see one another again. I want to hold you in my arms and kiss you tenderly while you tell me that you love me too. I cannot tell you how difficult is to concentrate on anything when you're longer near me. I've fallen so far in love with you that I'm afraid there's no getting out, nor would I want to.

You are the most wonderful, beautiful thing that's ever happened to me and I am truly the luckiest man in the universe.

Yours forever,
Horace
