Professor Snape, as School Potions Master, you are ordered by myself and the Board of Governors to supply sufficient Wolfsbane potion for every werewolf in attendance, whether staff member or student, every month, for every night on which werewolves are affected by the full moon. You may bring the potion directly to me and I will then make it available to those who need to take it. All werewolves in attendance must either take Wolfsbane potion or temporarily stay off school grounds during the entirety of the full moon every month.
Professor Greyback, it is against School policy for anyone to attack another person (or creature) at Hogwarts. Therefore, the Board of Governors imposes the following disciplinary penalty on you: You are hereby suspended from teaching duties without pay for a period of two weeks. During that time, you may not give classes, take or give House points or give detentions. You are further ordered to take Wolfsbane potion during the entirety of the next full moon.
Professors Voldemort and Slytherin, it is against School policy for any staff member or prefect to give or take points based on sorting votes. None of the points taken or given in connection therewith will be counted toward House point totals. The Board of Governors imposes the following disciplinary penalty on both of you: You are hereby suspended from teaching duties without pay for a period of two weeks. During that time, you may not give classes, take or give House points, or give detentions.
