Kuronue had said he'd bring Kusuriyuri some literature from the library, but honestly it was a almost blanch worthy romance novel complete with bulging muscles, blushing virgin and happy-ending baby and that didn't quite match their situation at all. For one, they all had dicks. Secondly, if Kusuriyuri was a virgin he'd eat his hat. He'd also eat his hat if the demon was capable of bearing happy-ending children.
So he'd taken a portkey to Kyoto and went looking for more appropriate literature with his maiko. She'd known a lot, which surprised him, took him to a store that had all kind of interesting books. He ended up buying some doujinshi, since it was the closest thing to shunga these days (Mamechiho assured him, anyway) and a few books for himself.
Those in hand, along with a 'Open Relationships for Idiots' book which he found highly amusing, he went in search of Kusuriyuri. He tried the divination tower first, then went down to the grounds and tried Kusuriyuri and Kurama's apartment. He felt like he was going on his first date or something, which was ridiculous, because he never dated per se. Still, Kusuriyuri was letting Kuronue fuck his mate. It meant a lot. For all of their sakes, he wanted to be less of an asshole to him than he had been in the past.
He knocked on the door when he reached it, trying not to fidget to much or drop his bag of books.
