So this place kinda blows.
No other countries to harass, and the ones that are here aren't any he's familiar with. (The last of the bruises he got in the fight with Sweden have only just faded away.)
So all Finland can do is drink himself to death. Which, sure, isn't much different from normal, but at least he could watch Norway and Denmark be cute with each other.
Or he could challenge someone to a drinking contest. If it's vodka he can drink anyone except maybe Russia under the table.
