((After taking all the significant procedures, and with mod permission, I am unpopcorning Draco Malfoy. He'll have no prior knowledge of his time in Hogwarts Hocus; leaving him a fresh slate to be toyed with. He's taken right after the killing of Dumbledore in Half-Blood Prince.))

Hogwarts was ancient enough to have a pipe-work of catacombs ( Read more... )

"Well, I can't say I'm impressed." Turlough had been outside, wearing the short shorts from hell. "You look like those sparklepires that are around here."

Once his eyes had gotten used to the sun, they locked on the freak with the short shorts. 'And you look like a Weasley,' he sneered. 'It explains the length of your shorts, your family must be too poor to buy full-length clothes.'

"Please. I'll have you know I'm a nobleman from another planet, which automatically makes me better than you, you Earthling."

The muscle in his jaw flexed. His stone eyes were just as hard, just as emotionless as they pierced Turlough's figure. There was a sneer on his lips, finding his statement of nobility something of a joke.

'You're not on that planet, though, are you? So any claim of nobility is laughable. You're just as poor, just as worthless and as filthy as any Weasley, muggle or Mudblood.' Draco spat.

"Laughable that an Earthling would think I care about his little opinion. Try impressing me, maybe then I'd care. At least I do have people I care about and vice versa. You're probably just as unwanted as I used to be."

He brandished his wand, pointing at Turlough's neck, getting real close, obliterating any remnants of a personal bubble. Draco was furious. 'I don't need to prove myself to something like you! You don't know what I'm capable of, you don't know what I've done! You have no means to base your petty opinions on me, because you're the lowest of the low. Friendship,' he spat, 'Is a loser's fantasy. I have my mother, my father. I have centuries of pureblood legacy in my body. I am apart of the Dark Lord's inner circle. I don't answer to you, you are nothing!'

It was loose before he could marshal himself. As soon as his temper ricocheted in his mind and out his mouth, he tamped it down. He paused, his wand-hand shaking as he boxed all his raw emotion back in place. That crypt had knocked some things loose. It would take time to compose himself.

He lower his wand, a stubborn set to his jaw as he knew he'd stepped a boundary, and stowed it away, stabbing it into the folds of his robes.

Turlough stood with a raised eyebrow as Draco had his little tirade, wondering if he would have the balls to hex him.

That might have raised his respect up a couple points.

As it was, he chickened out.

"Please. I've faced down the Black Guardian, rogue Time Lords, and Daleks. A whining Earthling teenager is child's play."

His anger got the better of him.

In one fluid movement he brandished his wand, pointed it directly at Turlough, shouted the Knee-Reversal Hex and flourished the wand as instructed. With an agonising crunching sound, Turlough's knees were reversed, now giving him the awful stance of an Ostrich.

Draco sneered genially.

((Mun approved.))

Turlough hummed in amusement. "I'm surprised actually. I thought you were the coward I used to be." He reversed the hex. "I wonder how you would have fared against the Black Guardian."

Draco gritted his teeth and waved his wand, muttering the counter-hex, abolishing the effects with searing pain. Draco became especially flaxen, he wasn't feeling to good. Sweat glistened on his forehead as he glowered at Turlough. 'Probably a right side better than you,' he jived languidly.

Feeling every bit the fighter against this Mudblood, Draco flourished his wand a second time and cast the Stinging Hex, which would send a stinging sensation within Turlough, resulting in angry red welts and occasionally the severe inflammation of the affected area, his wand was aimed for Turlough's heart.

Turlough shielded. It had been a close call, though, a few seconds slower...

"Okay, now you're just being ridiculous. Petrifucus Totalus!"

He watched Draco go down, then turned and walked away.

All his limbs were locked together, his wand just out of reach. He knew the affects would wear off soon enough, but it was enough to infuriate him to melting point. The Body-Bind curse had been a speciality of his and now it had been used against him.

He hated red-heads.

This wasn't over ...
