Kurama slunk, in fox form, from one lingering patch of snow to the other, digging around for early growth to plunder. His ears twitched when he perceived another creature, smelling vaguely of that new student... Vincent? Yes, his memory hadn't failed. Vincent Valentine. Only... harrier.

He crouched near a scrawny bush, and watched the beast lumber around. Was that the 'other' thing he'd recognized inside of Vincent? Interesting.

Galian tipped its head back and sniffed at the air. There was a familiar scent somewhere. Curious, it trudged through the snow, its eyes settling on something of a deep orange as Vincent fought his way forward. If it was familiar then he shouldn't be attacking it, and the last thing he needed was the death of a new friend on his conscience.

White fox. Tails. Galian, dropped down onto all fours and stared at the other canine, blinking slowly. They hadn't met this before, why did it smell familiar?

His nostrils flared, and he watched the beast carefully. He could smell the 'human' influence regaining control, and lifted his head, smiling toothily.

"I did not expect this. Can you transform in other ways?"

Talking with Galian's mouth was difficult at the best of times. He tried not to bite his tongue while he held the beast back just enough to be able to lower his head a little in greeting. "There are three others," he said carefully, roughly.

He didn't feel like unleashing Death Gigas or Hellmasker any time soon however. Chaos, perhaps, he had more control over Chaos after the whole Deepground fiasco.

Kurama nodded, and rose his haunches slightly in a 'play' gesture. He wasn't sure how much dog was in what made up Vincent's beast, talking with animal language would answer that. And if the offer was accepted, then he'd be able to see how fast the beast was, as well.

All in the name of science, of course.

Science. Right.

Vincent was nowhere near being able to come out of his limit break, only time would heal him, and Galian had been ignored lately. He let it gain control but watched through its eyes.

Galian crouched down a little further, black pupils almost encompassing yellow eyes. It waited for the fox to make the first move, sniffing at the air lightly. Not to kill. Just play.

Kurama's tails flicked once, and then he was off, bounding into the forest, daring Vincent to follow with a cocky bark. This would be fun as well as informative.

Galian followed, barrelling after him. Size was a small disadvantage, but easily negated when Galaian merely barrelled through all obstacles he encountered. The fact that the creature it was following was like a white beacon through the forest helped also, and relatively easy to keep track of.
