Kurama-Chan's Hogwarts Adventure (Open RP)

Being quite small (in fact, standing next to his adult self, he would barely come up to his older version's knees) Kurama-chan was able to sneak through crawlspaces and secret passageways that most people in Hogwarts didn't even know existed

"Now, what's a little squib like you doing here? You can get yourself lost."

[serrulata]

"I'm not a squib," He says indignantly. "I'm a kitsune! And I'm going to be very strong someday."

[gatorsurfing]

"Oh." Ace only vaguely heard of kitsune (cause the future is very British.) "But you're still little and could get lost easily. Come with me, we'll find where you're going together."

[serrulata]

Well, Ace seemed like a rather nice grown-up human, so Kurama decided it wouldn't be terrible to follow him. "We were going to look around and then find food... but not the food in the big room, 'cause it's cursed."

[gatorsurfing]

"Cursed food, huh? Sounds interesting. I'll have to try it sometime."

[serrulata]

"I guess so." He wasn't too sure, and couldn't quite remember actually eating anything. He looked up at Ace with a mixture of curiosity and wonder. The fur lining on Ace's coat was especially interesting. "Are you a hunter?"

[gatorsurfing]

"Oh, no, space pilot. Experimental test pilot, to be specific. Name's Rimmer. Friends call me Ace."

[serrulata]

"Can I call you Ace?"

[gatorsurfing]

"Of course kid. Most everyone does anyway. Now, let's find that cursed food."

[serrulata]

"I'm Kurama," he supplied. Ace was tall enough that he almost had to run to keep up, every so often tripping over his tail, but whatever a 'pilot' was seemed very interesting, so he didn't mind. "The food's in the big room with all the tables."

[gatorsurfing]

"You want to be carried?" Ace knelt down so Kurama can get a piggy back or shoulder ride. "It'll keep you from tripping on your tail."

[serrulata]

Kurama didn't even bother replying, he just clamored up Ace's back and onto his shoulder. "Tell me what's a space pilot, please?" He asked once he was situated on his perch.

[gatorsurfing]

"A space pilot takes a spaceship and flies it in space, making sure not to hit stray asteroids or planets or such." Ace adjusted so Kurama wouldn't completely kill his shoulders and they set out.

[serrulata]

"What's a spaceship?" He knew vaguely what 'space' was, but but remembering only a time when the most advanced form of transportation was a horse, ships of most kinds were beyond his scope of knowledge.

[gatorsurfing]

"It's a giant metal vehicle that can go into space. You're from a different time, aren't you kid?"

[serrulata]

"Yes, I could tell you what happened this year, if that would help." Unlike his brothers and sisters, he kept track of the goings-on in the human world. "Do people really go into space? Like flying? My friend Kuro can fly, but he has wings and can't go above the clouds."
