She'd been knitting a lot, since Amaranth had introduced her to it. It was far more satisfying than painting, which she'd never been able to do quite the same way that humans could. Painting required instinct. Knitting could be achieved by following a pattern. She was very proud of everything she'd created so far.
Which is why she was now wearing a lime green scarf, navy blue hat and gloves, yellow leg-warmers and a bright red cardigan over a silver sequinned cocktail dress. There were a lot more scarves and several hats back in her room, but she couldn't put them all on at once. It would have looked silly.
She crouched down to peer at the young man under the table. "What are you eating?"

The correct thing to do was offer help. She thought for a moment.
"Would you like a scarf?"

"Your scarf looks warm," he said. And ohhh, it probably smelled good too.

The likelyhood of Satou using the scarf in an inappropriate fashion approached 100%.

Unity had no idea there were inappropriate possible uses for a scarf. That whole area of human experience was one she hadn't dared to venture into too deeply yet.
