Silmeria's Game (Open RP)
Silmeria sat in the Great Hall, arms crossed and frowning at a chessboard in the midst of a game. Several minutes passed before finally moving a piece and then turning the board around to play continue playing the other side. Ever since learning about the game, she had spent time practicing with the set she asked a house elf to bring to her.
True, she would like to beat Lezard Valeth at chess one day, but she found the game itself to be fun in its own right. Playing against herself was not the same as playing against someone else though. But until someone was willing to play with her (or distract her some other way), Silmeria continued to struggle against her own strategies.
