The Chairman has been described once as 'one Persian cat short of being a James Bond villain'.And give the mun five minutes, and she'll pull the article that does so.

The point is, the Chairman was heading back to Gryffindor when he came across Bond.

"Hello."

What was it with the villain accessories? Every person Bond came across had to have a quirk of some kind.

"Hello," he said back. The Chairman's outfit really was something different. "Nice cape."

"Thank you," he said with a small bow. "Takeshi Kaga."

[blond_bondshell]

He returned the bow. "James Bond. Do you, ah, find a practical use for wearing a cape around here?" he asked.

[gourmetchairman]

"Well, occasionally the halls do get chilly, but no, this is mainly for show."

[blond_bondshell]

"For show? I take it professional superhero is probably out for you, then."

[gourmetchairman]

"Oh, no. I'm far too selfish to do something that noble."

[blond_bondshell]

He had to smile. "I can understand that sentiment. So if professional do-gooding isn't for you, what is it that you do?"

"I run the Gourmet Academy."

Which is a front for his plans to take over the world I said nothing.

"Really?" The Culinary Institute of Hogwarts? "I didn't know they had such a thing."

[gourmetchairman]

"Well, no, not here, it's actually in Japan. Though I do have an Iron Chef representing the school."
