She shook her head. "No, they weren't. I'm the only albino my parents managed to produce." The fact that it was more of a hassle than a good thing was something she left unsaid.

Olympia shrugged. "I don't think most people know what they would do unless they were put in that situation." After all, she had sacrificed her own life to save her daughter's.

"There's no one I care enough for to save their life." Maybe Santi the little shinigami, but Santi was already dead. And Ryuk didn't count him as human.
