So.... Now what? (Closed RP for Jaime and Claude, may be open later)
Jaime was starting to think that he would never get out of the Sorting Room, but when a distracted and bitchy Hat proclaimed he was in Gryffindor, he didn't waste time in getting out of there.
Unfortunately, trying to find Gryffindor was sort of a challenge. The only other individuals he'd run into were house elves, who were equally distracted, armed with cattle prods - cattle prods, what the hell? - and usually just pointed him in a direction before hurrying off again. The scarab wasn't much help, either, since it could not manage to mock up a consistent map. Apparently, the castle itself kept changing things around and the scarab was constantly scanning and trying to make sense of everything. Jaime tuned it out.
He stifled a yawn. Thanks to Lola and Steph, he didn't have to worry about dinner, but if he didn't find someplace to crash soon, he was liable to just fall asleep in one of the corridors.
If he could just find another human being, he could ask for directions. Assuming he could find someone, anyone...
