official posting of prefect candidate list!
Kojiro has pondered the list of students long and hard. (Long and hard may as well be Kojiro's middle name.) At the end of his pondering, in the fullness of time, he carefully writes out a final list of prefect candidates. He has previous communications from the Hat regarding the last elections to use as a model, fortunately. Otherwise the entire notice would likely consist only of students' names and a gratuitous sprinkling of "lol" and "o.O".
Dictaquills copy the list, and house-elves post it in every common room.
(( OOC: It seems some players have jumped the gun with the prefect list based on Kojiro's solo non-RP, which was intended as a heads-up only, and had no provision for characters to know what Kojiro was recording. As stated OOCly in that post, Kojiro's records were incomplete at that time -- we'd given muns till 9 pm that night to post nominations, so that list is incomplete! The fliers described in the present post represent the official IC distribution of the list. There will be no other form of communication from Kojiro, the Hat, or the Headmistress on the subject of the candidate list, neither before nor after the posting of these fliers. If your character ICly would protest their exclusion since they cannot of course know the OOC rules/reasoning that you as a mun do know, that's understandable! Just know that there will be no reply, even if you send a Howler. ;) ))
