((backdated to just after the kitty app))*Han slunk down the hallway towards Hufflepuff, carefully holding the basket with the kitten in an attempt to both keep it quiet, and keep it from being seen. He certainly didn't need someone seeing him with this silly ball of fluff. Especially if that someone happened to be his apparently-future-sister-in

With uncanny timing, a large cat with long gray fur, six legs and bright green eyes hopped off the shoulder of a woman sitting on one of the common room sofas, trotted quickly over to Han and began nosing at the basket.

Who's in there? Wanna say hi? Galahad sent to the basket's occupant.

*Han frantically waved at the new cat* "Shh... go! You're going to draw attention to me!" *Han hoped fervently that the kitten wouldn't wake up, which of course, it did, mewing rather loudly*

Laura caught up to the treecat and picked him up. "Sorry. He loves Terran kittens," she said with a grin.

*Han glances around almost guiltily* "Umm... Terran kittens?" *He tries to shove the basket further behind him, wishing dearly the kitten inside would be quiet again*

She glanced over at Leia and giggled. "Okaaay, you can try that, but I *think* you may already be busted, Captain..."

[first_shot]

"Me? Busted? Never." *Han edges for the door to the rooms. He glances from Laura to Leia. Dropping his voice to barely a whisper he adds* "Of course... it has been known to happen... from time to time."

"I'll never tell," she whispered back, and took a sulking Galahad back to the sofa.
