Well, the Auburn Tigers just beat my most hated college football team.
Wait. I don't think "beat" is a strong enought word.
The Auburn Tigers just mauled my most hated college football team. We defeated the Georgia Bulldogs 24-6 in a game that wasn't as close as the score suggests. The band did well with the UGA band, with a Veteran's Day salute. I've never seen anything like that halftime. Hardly anyone left the stands, and the roar for the band was as loud as I've ever heard it, sans pregame. "Taps" was really special; it sent chills up my spine. Playing the Army song knowing my Dad and Uncle were standing alone in the crowd somewhere made me so proud. It was just a great Saturday. That's really all I've got for ya. WAR EAGLE!!
