10 years ago today the first love of my life asked me out. I can't believe that was ten years ago. I still can't believe that i was such a wuss that she had to ask me out. I'd wanted to ask her for a good solid week and kept flaking out at the critical moment. Luckily for me she had enough balls for the both of us and asked me out in Washington State History. Which was 5th period if i remember correctly. Might have been sixth... hey, cut me some slack, it was ten years ago. Ahh, to be fourteen and a freshman in highschool. This is is the first time in my life i've been able to look back ten years and see something that wasn't childish. Young, yes. Childish, no. I think i feel old. In a good way though.
