I got a letter from Jasper from AudioThriftShop Records. It's hard to believe but there are hip-hop scene that I will never think that they have around Miami.
Greetings, thanks for getting in touch with me. Between Broward and Dade county there is definitely a Hip Hop scene, you just have to dig a little below the surface. This week events go as follows: Thursday- The Cut @ Sax On The Beach (downtownMiami)- This event is hosted by Miami rapper Garcia and they feature a new local Hip Hop act every week (My group played there last month and its a really nice spot). Friday 17th- Crowd Control @ Control Skatepark (Miami Design District)- This is a big local hip hop event that I helped put together with Nemesis Ent. & Stone Face Productions, the line up is as follows; Seventh Direction, DJ Immortal, The Secondhand Outfit (My group), The LeftOverz, Soloman Spectrum and Serum. Saturday 18th- Rise Up @ Lush (Oakland Park & InterCostal bridge) brought to you by Dafenix and Audio Thrift Shop, the show is a fund raiser for public school music and art programs line goes as follows- DJ Kems, DJ Lumin, HavikenHayes, Seventh Direction, DJ Im!
mortal and The Secondhand Outfit. On Sundays there's MC battles @ a place called EBar in D.T. Ft. Lauderdale. I will be at all of these events so please feel free to give me a call if you need more info or whatever -censored- .
