Cause I'm sick of it.

There's only SO much complaining one person can do!
But somehow my roommate manages to go over the limits of a normal person.
For people who don't know, I'm living in Mt Pleasant with 3 roommates.
Nou, her boyfriend David, and Duong.
In a 4 room, 1 bathroom house converted into an apartment.
Now, As with any apartment. Walls are thin. Heaters don't work well. Sharing a house with 4 people is bound to be difficult and basically a breakdown waiting to happen. Yea, roommates can be messy. They also don't really care much for throwing away rotten stuff in the fridge. The sink is gonna be full of dishes, even if here's a dishwasher a couple inches away. Shared rooms like the living room are gonna be shitful of random crap no one wants to claim. And don't even get me started about the state of the bathroom.
Having said that, This is all stuff you come to expect when you're living in an apartment full of 19-21 year olds who have class, work, and a social life like you can't believe without parents or a maid to pick up after the mess. Yea, There's a lot of things to complain about. School sucks. School is boring. School is hard. There's shit all over the apartment. The toilet is disgusting. There's no food. The weather sucks. I have NO money. The list of complaints go on and on and on. But at some point, people STOP complaining, get over and learn to live with it.
Not Nou.
Now, I think I'm a pretty tolerant person. I don't complain much. And if I do, It's not often and I find that it's justified. Like, My room is always freakin cold. No matter what I do.
I think I'm a pretty nice person. If you want me to not do something or change how I'm doing something because it bothers or offends you. I'll do something about it. I will accommodate for you. Tell me and I will. I don't like to bother people.
I'm not saying I'm completely laid back and I'm not anal about things. Now, I KNOW everyone is entitled to say whatever they want but you still have to take into account your audience. Especially if it's the same audience, even if you're not saying it TO them. They can still hear everything. You can say it in another language, but people can still pick up on it.
For example.
I'm in my room, chillin out in between class. And Nou and David bust in. First thing I hear is yelling. Constant, unwavering yelling. Day in, day out. All the time. Maybe it's just how she talks. She just has a loud voice. Whatever. After they;re done yelling about something random. Today, it was snow in front of the door or something. She stomps, not walks, into the kitchen, opens the fridge and starts rummaging. "DAVID! THROW YOUR YOGURT AWAY!" "Okay, Chill out." There's a empty box or tupperware or what have you. "WHY IS THIS IN HERE!? IT'S EMPTY! GOD! WHY CAN'T PEOPLE JUST THROW IT AWAY!" "CHILL OUT!" "NO, IT'S EMPTY AND IT'S TAKING UP SPACE IN THE FRIDGE!" This went on for about 15 minutes. At this point, I'm fed up with the noise, grab my laptop and quietly exit the apartment. How is a person supposed to relax between class in an environment like that? But it's not just that one time. Every morning, not even 15 min after they wake up, every time they walk in the house or walk out, watching TV, having a snack, using the bathroom, cooking... Every minute of everyday. Something is not up to her standards. Something is bothering her. Something is doing something wrong.
I take naps. Who doesn't? What kind of kid in college doesn't sleep constantly? Somehow that bothers her enough to post it as a status on facebook. "STOP TAKING NAPS PEOPLE! GO DO SOMETHING! MAKE SOME FRIENDS OR SOMETHING!!!!" I don't take naps in the bathroom or the kitchen or on the couch. I take naps in MY room. There's a bed in there with my name on it. I don't see how me spending time in my room catching some Z's could possible bother you any less. I don't snore. There's no possible way that taking a nap could affect another person but myself. If you look at it, It's like there's one less person in the house. No possible way I could be in the way cause I'm knocked the fuck out in my room.

There's just no pleasing this chick...

Don't even get me started on how she treats my friends. Have some fucking respect for the people around you, You self-proclaimed "too nice for your own good" person. Ridiculous. Just cause you do a good deed once a while, doesn't mean you're too nice to people. Truly good people aren't just nice to strangers, they're nice to people they know too. Usually people are mean to stranger and extremely nice and respectful to their friends. Truly nice people are nice to everyone that deserves it.
What you call "Nice", I call a front. Everyone else knows what you're really like.
