Browser rage
Firstly let me state that I know I did something dumb in not having already added all the stuff to Firefox, but I don't need that pointing out to me okay...
I use Firefox as my main default browser, but I also use Opera and having recently updated to the new release version I'd been happy with it until it crashed when I tried to open a pdf (turns out it doesn't like them, but there's no warning of that before you try) and since then it's started to delete stuff from my bookmarks. It was just one or two until today when it's deleted LOADS of them (all my folders from the letter P onwards for a start) and I've no idea what the fuck has happened or where they've gone to and I don't know how to get this stuff back.
I had a brief look in the community forums, but they're no help, especially when there are people who post on there in response to someone's post re a similar problem, with a pretentious and insulting and supercilious response about how it's the person's own fault and it's not the fault of Opera at all.
So yeah, I'm full of rage at the moment and I'm fit to kill someone over this - good thing I'm nowhere near anyone from Opera really
