"The more things change, the more they stay the same. I'm sure someone famous has already said this, maybe Churchill. Or maybe Bono. Yet at the moment, that one concept best describes my critical flaw, my inability to change.
I'm probably not alone here. The more you notice, everywhere around you, people are doing just this, staying exactly the same for as long as possible, standing perfectly still. It feels safer somehow. I guess if you are suffering at least the pain is familiar. If you took that leap, went outside the box, and did something unexpected... who knows what else might be out there, just waiting for you. It could be even worse. Yet there is no way of knowing.
So, maintain the status quo, choose the road already traveled and as far as flaws go it doesn't seem that bad. Your not a drug addict, and your not killing anyone. Except possibly yourself a little.
When we finally do change, I don't think it happens like an earthquake or an explosion, were not all of the sudden a different person. It's smaller than that. The kind of change that most people would not notice unless they looked at us really close.
Yet, you notice it. Inside that change feels like a world of difference, and you hope it is, for the better usually. This is the person you get to be forever... that you'll never have to change again.

Maybe this is wrong, but I think I realized the one thing that is killing most of us, expecially me...."

these words are from a good friend of mine kat your the best mommy in the world be-sides my real one hahaha.
