Nostalgia

Well the baseball playoffs start today and the Angels are playing the Yankees. It brings back a lot of memories from three years ago. I was still in school then. It also reminds me how much things have changed. My cousin will not be at the games (he is working in Columbus now with the Blue Jackets) like three years ago. Ahhhh fond memories of him breaking his thunderstix in excitement and partying hard when the Angels won. We had a great steak dinner at my parents house with friends. That was such a fun night. Brent won't be at the game either. We had a lot of fun giving the very few Yankees fans crap when they lost. We also had fun yelling at people in the parking lot. My sister isn't going to the game tonight but Brent has class so he can't go either. Which I am really bummed about because I haven't had an actual conversation with him in a really long time. Hopefully this baseball series turns out like the one three years ago though. It would be a lot of fun to go to another league championship game and then (hopefully) the World Series. There's nothing like the playoffs though no matter what round it is. Total energy.

I am here at work bored out of my mind. I have nothing to do and my boss won't be in for another hour. I still don't know what is going on with this business. It has been nothing but drama for the last month. I was talking to my dad about it the other day and he suggests that I seriously look for something else. I have been doing that since I started working here. Unfortunately there are almost no jobs right now for what I want to do. I will keep looking though.
