11 30-12 30-lunch
12 30-rest
2 00-wake up(yea, they tell us when to wake up haha)
2 15-special teams meetings
2 30-offensive meeting
3 00-get tape,treatment and dress
345-6 45-stretch, specialith, practice, conditioning
7 30-dinner
9 00-team meeting

well fellers thats my life untill monday (yea, we practice saturday and sunday too), when 2 a days start...even more fun.
