why do i feel so alone all of a sudden? its a scary feeling that is somewhat familiar

there are all these people around me and all this chaos yet i still feel lost and alone...why is that? huh...oh yeah...cause its true...
and mom doesnt seem to be helping the situation much.

the knowledge that no one cares for you is really comforting.
