Merry Christmas!
So, it has almost been a week since exams ended. Where the heck has the time went? We went out Wednesday night (and Mal came up!!!!) to the Trash...which was really fun! Definately had a good time.
Thursday Mal and I headed home, I worked Thursday night, and Friday (but we got sent home at 6) but w/e. Friday night my mom and I watched movies and bonded. Saturday night Mal, Liz and I went ot Tequila Willys. It wasn't too bad. It would have been better, but a lot of people cancelled last minute. OH well. Thenn Yesterday was Christmas Eve! I had dinner with my moms family. Today, we had Christmas with my dad. For hte first time, in over 10 years, my mom and dad were in the same house for Christmas today. My dad invited my mom over for lunch. I almost cried. I now have a picture that I can cherish forever, just the 4 of us, because the chances of that happening again are slim to none. Now we're just waiting for a few of my dads friends to show up for Christmas dinner ( I am going to be SO sick of turkey...or turn into one )
Other than that, I have nothing planned for the break workwise. I'm laid off until the 3rd week in January - yayyyyy
I'm going to the casino with my mom and her friend on Thursday, should be going skiing sometime this week IF IT EVER SNOWS DAMMIT...then New Years Eve...is still up in the air, but half of the plans my dad wont let me go, so as of right now I'm guessing Tequila Willy's is looking like the only hope. Which is cool, I have no problems with it.
