Today is Saturday.....I missed three days of work due to an eye infection caused by an unknown source, paid over 40 dollars for medicine to cure it, but........I get to spend the weekend with Geli. Yesterday I came over and watched The Jacket with her and got schooled in Scrabble( cough* Cheater) which made me feel incompetent compared to her. Her 30 point "ioata" kinda made me angry. Anywho....today we went to Walmart to get airbeds for myself and Liv (my treat). Then we came back home to Gel's for some updating lj, Scrabble royale 2, and some shopping at the mall. Don't know what we are gonna do tonight...but all I know is that we are hanging out all weekend. Tomorrow is the real trip to Hershey Park. Jus me, ang, and the ol road.(someone please call every now and then to make sure we are ok...lol) An all nighter is in order I think. Right now she is cleaning the bathroom and showering. I honestly don't know what to say since no one reads my journal and comments besides her. On another note, we got signed to a rising indy label called Lost Marbles records, which is headed by a woman, whom I dont know and that used to work for Capital or Jive records form what I am told. She told us that she is in the process of scheduling an all PSU campus tour soon. I was also told we will be playing a small show for the biggest State College radio station in September. We don't want to be a burden so when they asked us if we needed anything in terms of equipment we said no thanks. All we need is shows. Seems to me that we will be getting that and much more thanks to Lost Marbles. Apparently we went over kinda big in State College. Im kinda glad my eye got messed up. I get to spend the whole weekend with Geli. Whoo Hoooo!!!! :)
I know that within the next month or so I will be having a wonderful time. I'll say more later on. Until then....Im out with Lurv!!!
