Three day weekend
As I was getting into the car this morning, my cell phone rang. School is delayed because of all the rain and power failures. I started the process of going back to bed when my cell rang again. School is cancelled. A brief victory dance and back to bed. Though I couldn't sleep and just started puttering around on chores.
Last night there was a power in our house just before I had just gotten up at half past midnight because I heard the rain and the wind shift. There has been over 12 inches of rain this month. and a tornado 20 miles from where I work last night.
